Brittany McCann, Sophie Cole and Katie Funk, Weston High School seniors received the coveted Weston Kiwanis Club Youth Service Award for their work founding Limos for Lives.

What is one way for three Weston High School seniors to get to India?: Have a commitment to improve the world of tomorrow, give up their prom limo and use moneys they would have spent on it as a launching point to raise over $20,000 to help blind children in Calcutta.

That is how The Starfish Children's Fund was born. And for that effort, as well as for other local community work Sophie Cole, Katie Funk and Brittany McCann, received Youth Service Award for community service.
